Product Description
In low Watt density heaters sheath temperatures should not exceed 3000c. The heater design consists of helically wound resistance coil made from nickel-chrome wire or D- Wire, evenly stretched and strung through holes in a round ceramic or porcelain insulator. The element assembly is inserted into a Stainless Steel sheath. SS provides the best combination of physical strength and resistance to heat oxidation up to 300oc.

Specially selected magnesium oxide is used to fill all remaining space inside the ceramic or porcelain insulator to increase thermal conductivity, dielectric strength, and provide longer operating heater life.

Ceramic or Porcelain Insulators are chosen depending upon the temperature expected from the heater.
